AT HOME WORKOUT ROUTINE
In this time of chaos, we want to make it as easy as possible for you guys to find ways to work out at home!
These workouts are split up into five days and can be repeated week after week!
Don’t have weights at home? NO PROBLEM! A gallon jug of liquid or small items such as liter bottles, books, bags of rice, etc. at home can be used for some exercises to add extra challenges in weight, and resistance bands can be added to any movement for extra resistance challenges! Get Creative!
We also added a cardio circuit at the end of each workout! Let’s get it!
